Dear Colleagues:

In an attempt to prepare for the impending launch of WebIS, ISEP staffers are currently working to test the various functions incumbent in the new technology that impact our daily operations. One key to success will be the functionality and intuitiveness of the Coordinator portal.  Shortly after the December 12 launch ISEP will send a message to all U.S. coordinators requesting that they update their institution's IIS through the new database.

As coordinators and members of the IT Focus Group, I am hoping you are willing to help test this function by logging into the WebIS sandbox (http://webis.isep.org) and updating your school's IIS per the instructions as outlined in the following training webinar:
http://www.isep.org/Coordinators/webinar.asp

Once completed I ask that your provide feedback to ISEP by completing this survey:
http://jburrow.wufoo.com/forms/it-focus-group-webis-testing/

Please note that this is a test run only and that the information you have saved as part of this exercise will not migrate to the actual database once we reach the launch date.  This means that you will unfortunately have to reenter your institution's IIS information at a later date.

I know that this is a busy time for you, but I hope you can complete the test and survey quickly, so ISEP can make any necessary modifications before December 12. ISEP staff and I truly appreciate your help in testing WebIS and will continue to work diligently to ensure as smooth a transition as possible.

Thanks!
Pete
